KW -Budget is 20K at mo. UCF on board £1500, 1500, Stoneman Gallery on board.

B.I. says can’t break it down. MM needs to have something written down. MM worried that the money was waved through .

KW - Print Show ticks all the boxes that the arts council gave money for.

Jess asked on speaker phone if he can provide budget after the 23rd June meeting;

JLS- money will be spent on:production of prints, packaging and selling, cost of producing them. A portfolio case possibly being made, there is then an opportunity for more prints to be made.

PW - Can we have global budget for entire project, general breakdown of where the money is going to be spent?

JLS - good point. Each artist will pay £30 a day for workshop as no money in place at the moment.

SB - can you clarify target group? Do you want to ask artists that had done little or no printing, or asking only people in the NSA?

JLS yes NSA members

All voted to pass £3,000 onto the print show.

· Co-opt new members.

Allessandra Aussuenda and John Keays have resigned so need to co-opt new members. We have 2 places. MM suggests choosing members through short straws a good idea as this does not discriminate.

KW - wants it minuted that she does not believe that choosing the members through short straws is the correct way .
