I work with mixed media, including
glass, silk, metal meshes and Japanese paper. These elements are layered
with fragments of printed transparent imagery to build panels and installations,
in which I explore transitional qualities of light. Initial ideas are
driven by process, the physicality of the material I use, often made in
response to particular places.
